How the littlest ones train

Children start a pre-sport program designed to build the motor skills they need to learn to play tennis.

From the age of 2, children fall in love with tennis and enjoy it through games and skills, coordination, strength, balance and spatial awareness, building solid foundations to become great athletes.

Moving up to the full court

This is the stage where children leave the smaller court and start playing on the full court. The pace changes, the distances change and they have to learn to move differently.

Work turns to the technique already in place, point tactics and physical preparation designed for their age.

When the goal is to compete

Here youth and adults follow the same path and move up by playing level and not by age. Training steps up its demands and in comes the technical, tactical and physical work a tournament calls for.

The development level is for players who want to step up to the circuit and UTR, and competition is for those already playing who need to hold their level.
